Tricia has over 30 years’ experience supporting Executive roles. Tricia’s communication and organisational skills coupled with her understanding of the business and its projects provide daily support to the Management team.
Josh brings over 20 years of Commercial Plumbing experience to the table in his role of overseeing the daily operations and ensuring strategic goals are met. Successfully managing high calibre projects such as The Star Casino, Josh uses his positive momentum to get things done with an eye for detail to improve overall business functions. Producing an exceptional service to our valued clients is all in a day’s work .
Phil ensures all facets of construction, including the administration and site operations, are all running efficiently. As the client’s first point of contact, Phil is responsible for providing regular project updates, liaising with tradesmen & authorities, supervision of subcontractors, suppliers and all site staff.
Mitch, an accomplished licenced plumber, commenced with Doolan Plumbing in the early stages of the company’s establishment and as such has an in depth understanding of its operations. Mitch works closely with the Project Management team delivering the highest calibre of service to our clients.
Mitch also manages our extensive fleet of construction machinery such as excavators, skid steers and trucks
Jake is responsible for overseeing the estimating team and personally managing all estimating and cost planning. Jakes experience coupled with his understanding of construction costings is paramount to providing the optimum outcomes for our clients.
Connor works closely with our Senior Estimator gathering specifications, identifying labour, material and time requirements by studying all project documentation and detailed plans.
As the company accountant Adeel is responsible for the financial processes of Doolan Plumbing. Adeel has achieved a Masters in Accounting which sees him efficiently handling everything from daily accounts through to all financial company reporting.
Larissa has over 20 years experience in all facets of office administration including financial processes and policies and procedures. Larissa oversees the daily administration, including site safety documentation and HR requirements to provide an efficient running office for the Management Team.
Adam has been with Doolan Plumbing since he commenced as a first-year apprentice. With a solid understanding of the construction process Adam now handles the company’s projects purchasing requirements. Developing long term relationships with suppliers ensures our clients are receiving the best possible value for each project.
